Motown Pies pays homage to the two distinctive style of Pizza found in Windsor, ON and Detroit, MI — Two Greatly underrated Pizza towns.
Detroit Style is cooked deep dish in blue steel pans that mimic the automotive pans that were the first pans used to create Detroit Style pizza. Its ingredients set it apart: Hand Turned doughs tossed in cornmeal, high fat Wisconsin Style Brick Cheese, topped with a zesty sauce made from premium tomatoes.
Windsor Style — Yes! we shred the pepperoni, Yes! We have a fine corn flour infused crust,
Yes! We used Canned Mushrooms.
I have tried these pies several times now (Windsor and Detroit style) and I loved em all! I highly reccomend!!!
Motown Pies has the best pizza in town by far. My favorite is the Detroit style deep dish pep and cheese.
I’m a tough critic when it comes to pizza, and this is hands down my favourite in North Bay. The pizza bites are also mouthwatering!
